Throttle is an extremely simple program - a single interface, no configuration options - to make your computer and modem function as quickly as they can.

It would've been nice to have preset profiles for mobile conversions, but you can't always have it all in a free app!

Format Factory is an excellent conversion tool for anyone who converts between video, audio and images on a regular basis.
